Add bottles to the cart, open it and follow the checkout steps. An account is not required, but it makes tracking orders and using coupons easier.
Which payment methods are available?
Checkout lists exactly the methods the store currently has switched on. If you choose a bank transfer, the order screen shows a QR code with the account details and updates itself once the bank confirms.
Is there an age requirement for buying wine?
Yes. Under Vietnamese law wine is sold only to customers aged 18 and over, and the person taking delivery may be asked for ID.
Delivery & packaging
How long does delivery take?
The fee and the delivery window are calculated at checkout from the address you enter, so you see both before you order.
Every bottle is cushioned and boxed in packaging made for glass. If the parcel arrives dented, wet or leaking you may refuse it and tell us straight away.
Wine & storage
How should I store wine at home?
Lay the bottle down so the cork stays moist, keep it dark at a steady 12–18°C, and away from vibration. Avoid spots next to the stove or in direct sun.
How long does an opened bottle last?
Re-cork it and refrigerate: reds usually keep 3–5 days, whites and rosés 2–3, and sparkling wine 1–2 days with a proper stopper.
How do I know the wine is officially imported?
Every shipment carries an import stamp and its CO and CQ certificates. Ask us and we will send copies for your order.
Returns & paperwork
What is the returns policy?
Broken, leaking or wrongly shipped bottles are replaced or refunded. Check on delivery and tell us the same day, keeping the box and bottle so we can take it up with the carrier.
