1. Warranty conditions
A product is eligible for warranty when it meets all of the following:
- Within the warranty period stated on the invoice or warranty seal.
- Manufacturer seal, label and product code remain intact.
- Defect originates from the manufacturer, not user misuse.
2. Warranty duration
- Cosmetics & care products: replaced within 7 days for manufacturing defects.
- Beauty devices & accessories: 6–12 months per the brand's policy.
3. Warranty process
- Contact our hotline or bring the product to the nearest store.
- Provide the invoice / order code for verification.
- The item is inspected, then replaced, repaired or refunded accordingly.
4. Exclusions
- Products past their warranty period.
- Damage from misuse, drops or unauthorized repair.
