1. Return conditions
- Within 7 days of receiving the order.
- Item is intact, unused, with seals, labels and packaging.
- Accompanied by the invoice or order code.
2. Refund time & method
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we process the refund within 3–7 business days via your original payment method.
3. Notes
- Some opened personal-hygiene items cannot be returned.
- Return shipping fees apply on a case-by-case basis.
