AGE RESTRICTION & ONLINE ALCOHOL PURCHASE POLICY
Legal Framework:
- Law on Prevention and Control of Harmful Effects of Liquor and Beer No. 44/2019/QH14.
- Government Decree No. 24/2020/ND-CP.
Article 1. Minimum Legal Drinking & Purchasing Age
1. Canada Ginseng Fine Wines sells alcoholic beverages exclusively to customers who are at least 18 years of age at the time of purchase.
2. Select premium collections and Magnum reserves require customers to be at least 21 years of age.
3. Non-alcoholic accessories (crystal glasses, decanters) and pure Canadian ginseng roots are unrestricted.
Article 2. Age Verification & KYC Enforcement
1. Automated age-gate verification is triggered at checkout for any cart containing alcoholic beverages.
2. Customers must complete verified eKYC via approved providers (Veriff/Onfido) with a valid National ID or Passport.
Article 3. Delivery Regulations
1. Delivery personnel are required to verify the recipient's identity upon delivery.
2. Deliveries to individuals under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited.
Article 4. Health & Safety Warnings
